1. Contractual Relationship
MajorcaDirect.com is a trading name operated by Discover & Experience Ltd (CIF: E56950678), with registered offices at 267 Carrer Vicari Joaquim Fuster, 07007, Palma, Mallorca. We act as an intermediary agent between the Property Owner ("Owner") and the Guest ("You"). By booking through our platform, you enter into a direct contract with the Owner for the rental of the property.
2. Booking & Payment Terms
- Deposit: A booking deposit is required to secure your reservation.
- Final Balance: The remaining balance must be settled no later than 42 to 60 days prior to your arrival date.
- Late Bookings: For reservations made within 60 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that travel plans can change. All bookings made through MajorcaDirect.com are subject to our specific Cancellation Policy. Deadlines are calculated based on your scheduled Check-in Date.

Note: We strongly recommend that all guests invest in comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen personal circumstances.
4. Mandatory Local Compliance (Mallorca)
- Sustainable Tourism Tax (Ecotasa): In accordance with Balearic Law, a tourist tax is applicable to all guests aged 16+.
- Police Registration: Guests must provide passport/ID details for mandatory registration with Spanish authorities.
- ETV License: All properties on MajorcaDirect are legally licensed for holiday rentals.
5. Guest Responsibilities
- Occupancy: Guest numbers must not exceed the property capacity.
- Noise: Parties are strictly prohibited. Respect local "quiet hours" (22:00 - 08:00).
6. Liability
Discover & Experience Ltd acts as an agent. Liability for property condition remains with the Owner, though we provide full support via our arrival guarantee.
